Water and wind resistant Water-Block outer shell provides an extra layer of weather protection. Wind guard protection panel around the neck and chin keeps out the cold. Fitted hood with popper buttons and a double YKK zipper with added pull cords for optimal fit. A large internal pocket and small outer zip pocket with earphone outlet provides essential storage.
