The 1000 Mile Women's Ultimate Tactel Double Layer Socks are knitted in a shorter style for those who prefer their socks not to be seen. This Double Layer Sock is made with a Tactel� inner layer to not only protect the skin from friction, but also to wick away moisture, keeping the foot cool and dry. The combination of fibres and top venting aids in temperature regulation, with arch bracing providing additional support. The double layer construction reduces friction between the foot and the shoe, reducing wear and preventing blisters. The Tactel� Trainer Sock is shaped to mimic the edge of a trainer style shoe. A slightly higher tab at the back protects the ankle from rubbing, and our unique Heel Power technology prevents the socks from slipping down. The heel power elastic band wraps around the heel section to keep the sock in place on the foot.
